Refund policy

At Imperial Expressions, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy with store credit. Please review the details below:

1. 30-Day Return Window for Store Credit You can return items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition 
  • Free from any stains, odors, or alterations
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Custom or personalized t-shirts
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance 
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at imperialexpressions.returns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Store Credit Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email.
  • Store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

5. Exchanges If you’d like a different size or color, you can use your store credit to place a new order. Please follow the return process to receive your store credit first.

6. Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imperialexpressions.support@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue store credit.

7. International Returns For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any customs fees or duties will not be reimbursed. Store credit will be issued for the returned items once they are received and inspected.

8. Lost or Missing Packages If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages but may offer store credit depending on the situation.
